Buddy has been creating hair magic since 2003, and when he opened High Maintenance in 2008, he took the industry by storm! From precision cuts to transformative hair restoration, he does it all. Outside the salon, Buddy is a powerhouse in the theater world, serving as a hair and makeup artist for productions across Mississippi and Tennessee. With multiple awards under his belt, including Ostranders and Allies, he brings the drama (in the best way) to every stage—and every style!

Elaura has been part of the High Maintenance crew since 2017, specializing in everything from vibrant, head-turning colors to natural, effortless hues. Whether you're looking for a bold statement or a subtle refresh, she’s got you covered. Outside of work, she’s all about family time with her husband and two kids!

Jennifer has been crafting gorgeous hair since 2007! Whether it’s a bold new color or the perfect cut, she loves helping clients feel their best. When she’s not behind the chair, she’s enjoying time with family and friends. If you’re looking for a refresh or a total transformation, Jennifer is ready to make it happen!

Emily joined High Maintenance in 2018, bringing a love for styling that started with her years as a trained dancer. Her specialties? Gorgeous perms and smoothing treatments that leave hair silky and flawless. Whether you want bounce, volume, or sleek perfection, Emily knows how to make it happen!

Kelsey has been a part of the High Maintenance family since 2017, bringing expertise in hair restoration and replacement. She’s all about helping clients feel confident and radiant with custom solutions. When she’s not working her magic in the salon, you can find her riding horses or spending quality time with family.

Casie has been working her hair magic since 2000, specializing in hair restoration and fashion colors that pop. When she’s not in the salon, she’s spending time with her husband, two kids, four dogs, and even a bearded dragon!
